D12 S/SF

Narrow double-loader

Transport two pallets in the tightest spaces

The D12 S/SF pallet stackers have a chassis that is narrower than a pallet. So these trucks can transport two pallets at a time, and manoeuvre within the tightest spaces. In addition, the operator has a high stance and thus a free view of the fork tips. This makes load handling easier. The operator platform is separated from the chassis by a layer of rubber. This protects the body from strong vibrations during travel so the operator can concentrate longer. Linde offers the D12 pallet stacker in two standard versions: In the S model, the operator is standing at a right angle to the direction of travel and has a good view to the front and back. In the SF model, the operator is standing facing the direction of travel and always has the load in view. Both models have mast variations for various load heights. The pallet trucks have a lifting capacity of up to 2,000 kg.

Characteristics

Safety

During travel and when loading and unloading, the operator is always within the protective contour of the truck. Easy and sensitive control elements make this possible. Due to the compact chassis, the operator also has a good view of the fork tips and can avoid any obstacles early. The braking systems also provide more safety: If the operator takes their foot off the pedal, the electromagnetic system will react in varying strengths depending on the load and softly stop the truck. There is also a dead man switch for dangerous situations: The truck brakes independently when the switch is no longer pressed. Using the curve assist system, the pallet stacker automatically adjusts its speed when cornering.

Ergonomics

Left column text: The platform of the D12 S/SF pallet stacker is separated from the chassis. Impacts and shocks from uneven ground are minimised to the operator. Important protection from strain to the operator. A back rest in the S model gives the operator a comfortable posture during travel. The S model also has an ergonomically shaped control unit, which the operator can adjust in height. Lift functions, traction and horn can be easily operated with one hand. Both models have deep and wide storage compartments. Important working tools are always at hand.

Handling

The D12 S/SF pallet stackers can transport two pallets at a time; with weights from 1,200 to 2,000 kg for an individual load and a total load up to 1,800 kg for double loads. This flexibility leads to increased handling capacity, especially because the truck can reach a maximum speed of 10 km/h with its 3 kW three-phase motor. The tight turning radius also ensures that difficult manoeuvres can be executed quickly and easily. There is an Eco-Mode, so that the D12 S/SF keeps going at the end of a shift after intensive use. If it is activated, the truck consumes twelve percent less energy. In addition, the user can adjust the pallet stacker precisely to the current handling task. For example, standard and duplex masts are available with loading heights between 1,574 and 2,124 mm. There is also an optional load backrest which stabilises the load during travel.

  • Flexibly transport one or two pallets
  • Eco-Mode for low energy consumption
  • Maximum speed with a full load
  • Mast variants for precise handling

Service

The dust protected three-phase motor of the D12 S/SF is completely maintenance-free. A robust construction ensures that the truck will remain in good condition even after hard use, and needs only rare servicing. The CAN bus connection ensures simple service processes: The technician connects their notebook and can then assess all truck data in an overview. All relevant components are easily accessible.

  • Maintenance-free three-phase motor
  • Robust constructions
  • Rapid analysis of the truck data via CAN bus connection
  • Service components are easy to reach

Optional Equipment

Lateral battery replacement

The battery can be changed easily using a lever and spring mechanism to remove the battery from the side of the truck.

Fixing systems

On the right side of the truck there is an optional rod on which individual accessories can be attached. On a second rod on the left of the truck, there is a blinking warning light.

Clipboard

Always have an eye on the job: The additional, easily visible clipboard eases many order picking and transport processes.

Fleet management

How and by whom are the individual forklifts used? What does the usage data of the forklifts look like, and is each one roadworthy? Using a combination of software and hardware Linde's fleet management system connect: provides the appropriate answers.

Levelling

The system levels out unevenness floors by making sure that all wheels are always in contact with the ground. The stability of the truck remains high.

Support for terminals

A 24 volt connection is available in the truck for the connection of a data terminal.
