D12 – D14 SP
Dynamic transport miracle
Efficient on multiple levels
The D12 – D14 SP electric double stackers are suitable for a myriad of applications – this particularly applies for efficient storage and retrieval of goods and the simultaneous transport of two pallets over longer distances. However, these ergonomic trucks are also ideal for occasional order picking. The stand-on platform and operating elements form a fully suspended unit, which is entirely surrounded by a robust steel apron from the front to the rear. This protects the operator, enables outstanding all-round visibility and allows them to maintain an ergonomic body posture: the operator stands at a 45-degree angle to the direction of travel and steers the truck using the optional Linde e-driver, which is designed for one-hand operation. The four-point steering and load castor system ensure maximum stability, especially when storing and retrieving at height. The Linde OptiLift control system enables precise, fully proportional load handling as well as quiet and energy-efficient operation.
Characteristics
Safety
On the D12 – D14 SP's standing platform, the operator is surrounded by a solid steel apron up to hip height, which provides maximum protection in the event of an accident. The feet are also well protected by a surrounding steel rail, and an optional foot sensor: if the foot is moved outside the platform, the truck brakes automatically. The trucks feature Linde Curve Assist, which reduces the operating speed when travelling around curves, thus preventing risky manoeuvres. The mast design provides excellent visibility of the load and the surrounding environment. Thanks to a special soft landing function, the forks touch down gently on the load arms and prevent damage to the load. The truck comes to a standstill independently as soon as the drive lever is no longer operated. The optional Linde BlueSpot warning light alerts anyone in the vicinity that a truck is approaching.
- Robust steel apron acts as a protective shield
- Speed adjustment when cornering
- Optimal visibility through the mast
- Soft-landing function to protect the load
- Optional foot sensor for additional protection
Ergonomics
The D12 – D14 SPs feature the Linde OptiLift assistance system, which enables precise and intuitive lifting and ensures load handling is as quiet as it is energy-saving. The platform and control elements are completely decoupled from the chassis and spring-mounted to absorb vibrations and shocks caused by uneven ground. In the D12 – D14 SP double stackers, the operator stands at a 45-degree angle to the fork direction. This allows them to survey their surroundings in any direction of travel without straining their back and neck. The trucks can be equipped with the optional Linde e-driver control system, which was specially developed for the 45-degree position and one-hand operation. Manoeuvring is effortless thanks to the electric power steering. Travel speed and steering resistance automatically and continuously adjust to the steering angle. The height-adjustable steering can be adapted to the physical requirements of the operator.

- Unique concept with 45-degree operating position
- Optional one-hand control via Linde e-driver
Handling
The D12 – D14 SPs can simultaneously transport two pallets with a load of up to 1,000 kilograms each. Even when fully loaded, the powerful 3-kW three-phase motor accelerates the trucks up to 10 km/h – ideal for fast transport. They also have high residual capacities when lifting loads up to heights of over four metres. For intensive use, it is recommended that the trucks are fitted with Linde Li-ION batteries and on-board chargers. The Linde e-driver was also developed for intensive use of the double-deck loaders. All controls are integrated into the control unit, which is optimised for the 45-degree position and can be operated effortlessly with one hand.
- Double pallet transport
- High residual capacities at high lift heights
- Powerful 3-kW three-phase AC motor
- Optional Linde e-driver for one-handed control
- Latest generation of Linde Li-ION batteries
- On-board charger available
Servicing
Thanks to their robust design and range of low-wear and maintenance-free components – such as the powerful three-phase motors – the D12 – D14 SPs offer a high level of availability and low service costs. In accordance with the design-to-service principle, all maintenance-relevant components of the double stackers are easily accessible to the service technician. Technicians can access all truck data via CAN bus using a diagnostic connector. Thanks to the newly developed electrical and electronic architecture, fault diagnosis can be carried out wirelessly, and software updates and additional functions can be uploaded over the air if the trucks have an optional data transmission unit.
- Maintenance-free components
- Tough construction
- Maintenance-friendly design
- Diagnostics via CAN bus architecture

Different mast heights
Various mast heights are available. The truck can therefore be adapted to the exact requirements for a particular application.
Li-ION technology
In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the new generation ofLi-ION batteriesfrom Linde is also available.
Lateral battery change
Lateral battery removal with a roller bearing enables quick replacement, which makes it particularly efficient for use in multi-shift work.
Controls
The trucks can be equipped with either a standard double handle or the Linde e-driver, which is optimised for the 45-degree position and one-hand operation.
Canopy
The D12 – 14 SPs can be equipped with an optional overhead guard to protect operators from falling loads.
Cold store variant
The cold store variant guarantees full availability and performance of the truck up to minus 35° Celsius.
Linde foot detection
A sensor detects when the operator's feet are outside the standing platform. The truck is braked to a standstill when the sensor is activated.
Linde BlueSpot
The Linde BlueSpotBlueSpotdriveway warning system increases operational safety by making trucks silently visible.
